Currently we ship to the UK only, although we cover the whole of the UK including Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. We may charge more for delivering to these outlying areas, although the charges will not exceed the surcharge levied to us by our couriers.
When you place an order, the site will calculate the carriage cost depending on the weight of the total package.
If your order total is more than £100 then it will qualify for free shipping. We will use a reputable courier company, and in most cases the order will be delivered next day, however it may take up to 5 working days.
If you want to be sure that your order will arrive next working day, you should select a paid service. Order must be placed before 16:00.
Small packages (under 1kg) are normally sent using the Royal Mail recorded delivery service, large parcels will be sent with a reputable carrier. However, if you specify a guaranteed next day service, this will be sent on a timed service with our carriers, or via 'special delivery' with the Royal Mail.
All parcels sent will require a signature on delivery. If the carrier is unable to deliver (because you are out) the parcel may be returned to the depot, and a card will be left. You should contact the courier directly to arrange redelivery, or collect from their depot.
We can often organise timed deliveries during the day (eg before 10am or before 1pm) as well as Saturday deliveries to most areas. If you require this service, please phone us for advice and costs.

Our Returns Policy
Please refer to our full terms and conditions for information about returning products. If you purchase goods from yotari ltd as a consumer (in other words you are a private individual and not a business) then you may return any goods under the Distance Selling Regulations (also known as the 'Cooling Off' Period.)
This means that you can return any product to us for a full refund if it is not what you expect, or not what you want. This does not apply to products which have been constructed or modified to your requirements, or to items which have been used in such a way as to make them not suitable for resale. You will be expected to cover the costs of the return carriage, and return the goods in a sellable condition.
In the event that we supply goods which are faulty, or not as specified, then of course we will pay for the return carriage as well as providing a suitable replacement or refund at no extra charge.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
